is there a possibility in World Server 11.4?
This can be done through the WorldServer UI (Tools->Translation Memories->select your TM, at the top is the button to "Export TM as TMX File") or you can configure a workflow that has the automatic action to export translation memories to a file location in WorldServer. If you need to export one file, you can create one group with all the TMs you want. Then do a "Standard" search type in the "Source" with a wildcard (*) and "All" target locales. When WS is finished with the search, "Export Result set".
