Trados 2022 will not open WSXZ files

Question

I have a 2022 Trados version 17.0.0.11594 but the WS compatibility pack ( https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027467 ) does not cover this version. 
 I tried it anyway, but to no avail. 
 Help?

Hello Thais, can you upgrade your Trados Studio 2022 version? 
 Also, what happens if you install the available WS Compatibility pack? Do you receive an error and if so, which one? Do you see the "Open WorldServer Package" button?
