Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305 (or newer) is not compatible with the old version of the WorldServer Compatibility Pack for Trados Studio. Then, in the case of Trados Studio Freelance SR2 16.2.9.9198, which version of WorldServer Compatibility Pack should be downloaded ? Is 16.10.1894 right?

I followed the steps. But, I still cannot open the file. Every time when I try to open the file, at the third stage, the message "Method is not found: ---" appears, and the operation stops.
I also read the article regarding the same situation Article Number:000018695 in the community, but I still cannot find the solution.

I suggest that you update your Trados Studio 2021 version to the latest Update available. Then uninstall your current WorldServer components, download the ones from the RWS app store (16.10.1894) and install it. Then try again to open the WSXZ package by clicking on "Open WorldServer Package. If you are still having issues, please file a Studio support case so a support engineer can assist you.
