cant sign in from the studio

Trados Studio error message window titled 'Cloud Sign In' with text 'Cannot connect to the cloud. Check your internet connection and firewall settings, then try again.' and a link 'Trouble signing in?' at the bottom.

I deactivated the firewall, i restarted it, i have an internet connection, still nothing
