Where can I find the default settings for new translation memories?

I recently noticed that all TMs in my WorldServer projects are automatically created with UpLift/Fragment searching fully enabled. Of course this takes time and resources which I would like to save since I don't even use that feature. 
 I seem to remember reading about the default settings for creating new TMs being stored in some configuration file, but I can't find it anymore. I am particularly interested in any settings which control setup of new TMs for UpLift/Fragment searching but any other could be interesting, too. Is there such a setting? Where? Is that even possible for WorldServer projects?

Hello Angela Sigee The upLIFT Match Repair feature is enabled automatically by Trados Studio in the Editor for all types of Studio projects, including WorldServer projects created after opening a WSXZ package. You can easily disable it in the Projects Settings.
