How to block out irregular tag content in XML files

Hi! I have the following XML and can't figure out a way to hide this data for translation: I'm not sure that this editor will show it, but the above text is indented in Notepad++. Even though I've defined

My suggestion would be to use the newish FTS embedded content filter on all of your xml elements and specify that embedded content should be processed using the html 5 embedded content processor. This would require you to be on at least 10.4.3 i believe (maybe 10.4.2). 
 
To do so, define a rule in your parser settings that is an xpath rule and set \* as the xpath (meaning all elements). If this css/html content always occurs inside a single element (like maybe cdata) then you could use that instead. 
 
Then on that parser rule setting click the advanced button and then designate a structure marker to that rule 
 
Then in the embedded content section define the same structure setting as before and tell it to use the embedded content processor for html 5. 
 
The result will be that your xml will get parsed as needed and all elements, if they contain html or css, will have a sub filter of html5 run on them. You can also add additional items to the embedded content processor if needed. 
 
This was a quick an dirty explanation, but it all there in the documentation. Let me know if you need help.
