Any idea where in the hard drive are the user data?

The list of recent opened projects is kept in the AppData folder:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Passolo 2018\Recent

Note that this is just a list. It can be cleared if you rename the Recent folder or if you just remove the project from the list in Passolo.

However, the same set of 3 files behave differently on different machines: on machine A (that of project managers) all 3 files work fine/not write-protected, but on machine B (that of translator) the same 3 files appear so that 1 file opens for editing while 2 other files open write-protected. Why?

The post does not give me a complete picture. Therefore, I make some assumptions and have some follow-up questions. In the end I can only give general advice, an exact analysis of the problem is only possible if the project and the bundles are sent to support.

There is a Passolo project (LPU) that contains 3 source files, translated into at least 1 target language. Now the project manager exports licensed translation bundle(s) (TBULIC18).

• Is one bundle file exported and sent to 3 different translators? or
• Was the splitting option used while exporting the bundles which then creates 3 different bundle files each with different parts set to read-only?

A couple of questions for you.

Only one translator. Three files to translate. Two files are read only. One file is working fine.

I do not think there is splitting. They are three different projects/files for the same material/client.

The last sentence remains unclear. 3 different projects mean 3 LPU files, right? It seems difficult to clarify all the details, so better to log a case with support.

The licenses I have are for other SDL products, not for Passolo.
