Anyone authoring Customer Support articles-documents in SDL CMS?

Hi, we're interested in knowing if anyone in the CMS community is authoring Customer Support knowledge base articles/documents in DITA (optimally in SDL Tridion Docs/KC/LCA/Trisoft). An example is:

We are kicking off a project to bring several Customer Support authors into our Live Content Architect (soon to be upgraded) environment. It would be great to share experiences with other customers who manage CS and Tech Doc content "under one roof" (or plan to do so).
