I’m reading your question as “How can I enable my cloud foundry app to read my Tridion Docs content on an ongoing basis?”. If you are just looking for a way to one-off import the content, perhaps someone else can comment.

What you are looking for is the new Tridion DX module, found here:

This allows you to publish from your existing KC / Tridion Docs Content Management system to a cloud-based Tridion DX system, which has RESTful APIs allowing you to call your KC / Tridion Docs content from your web application. Tridion DX is an evolution of the Tridion Delivery stack, so while new to KC / Tridion Docs, it has existed for 18+ years, growing and changing to meet the needs of the evolving Web landscape.
