Is it possible to customize the Reuse Content repository browser to filter or reorganize the folder view?

KC2016 R12.

My apologies, probably on wrong forum for this.
In ContentEditor, v5.4 (KC2016 R12), from the Insert ribbon, the "Reuse Content" command opens up a repository browser in a slide-out panel. Customer has requested filtered view view of repository to provide more direct access to reusable content.

As far as I know, security is the only filter actively applied. So any folders the user is authorized to see are visible.
