XML view is not working neither in Publication Manager nor in the repo browser in XMetaL

Question

We have Tridion Docs 13 SP1 installed on our server, and the XML view (neither in XMetaL nor Pub Manager) is not working. 
 These are the steps I did: 
 
 Open XMetaL. 
 Select SDL Tridion Docs > Browse Repository. 
 Navigate to a map 
 Select the map (which is a standard map, not a custom one, but I have tried with topics also). 
 Click the preview icon. The preview pane opens. 
 The HTML preview works. 
 
 Right-click in the preview pane and select View XML .

And no preview. If I check %localappdata%\SDL\InfoShare Client\13.0\Log\XMetaL Connector.log, the log doesn't have any useful information. 
 
 If I open the Map in XMetaL it shows it properly. 
 
 The same happens in Publication Manager if I want to check the XML preview (%localappdata%\SDL\InfoShare Client\13.0\Log\Publication Manager.log also not useful - doesn't contain any error or warning). 
 I have attached screenshots (I have removed some part of it). 
 Can I enable some more detailed logging, or do you have any idea why I can't see the XML preview?

I just checked on the status of this and there was a hotfix released on Friday. I just downloaded and tested it and it looks good. Could you contact me directly by e-mail and I can attached the hotfix and readme file, or post it to your FTP site.

Hi Attila, 
 
This is a known bug and engineering is aware of this. The issue in in the client tools and historically this will be fixed in a future client tool service pack, which would be compatible with Tridion Docs SP1. I will check if I can get additional information on this.
