Can I hide "Conditions" tab in Publication Manager?

Question

Does anyone know how I can hide a tab in Publication Manager (v13)? 
 I have checked the MetadataConfig but it seems I can't do customize it there.

Publication Manager is a compiled and 'fixed' tool that is identical for all customers. The only configurable areas are the properties dialogs (metadata). The other areas, like the Conditions tab, cannot be hidden nor customized I'm afraid.
