New icon in Pub Mgr TD 13

Hi,

In Pub Manager on the Content Explorer tab there is a new icon. I've searched the TD 13 docs and there is no mention of it. Icon representing a nested topic in Trados Studio's Content Explorer tab, showing a larger topic icon with a smaller one inside it.It looks like the topic icon with a smaller topic icon in it. Does it mean something is nested or does it have another meaning?

Thanks!

Sally

  • Hey Sally

I believe you are referring to the tree view of a map in the Content tab in Publication Manager.

This icon indicates there is a <topicref> within the <topicref> of the topic that is preceded by this new icon. It makes the user visually aware of the fact there is content referenced without having to actually click on the triangular arrow in front of the <topicref> to check this.

The same happens with a <topichead>: when you insert a new <topichead> in the map, it first has the same icon as before. From the moment you include a <topicref> in that <topichead>, that <topichead> icon also shows this smaller topic icon.
