Build error come while installing SDL Tridion 13 Collaborative Review Setup

 The above installation document i m using for installation Collaborative review setup. 
 Installation file : 20180517.SDLTridionDocs.13SP1.CollaborativeReview.7.7.0.0.Windows.exe 
 I m getting build error on step Running the database setup script for Windows

I have already update Dot Net framework 4.5 and 4.6 also on server.

This may be related to the Tomcat/JAVA settings - see docs.sdl.com/.../GUID-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx - also see attached screenshot tomcatw.png Please check the settings. Once you have made any necessary changes, restart Tomcat and re-rerun setup.bat.
