Why the publication stay at Pending state after starting Publish in Publication Manager?

Question

Hi, 
 I used the Publication Manager 13.0.1 to public the demo data Phone MP330 after fresh install the Tridion Docs 13 SP1, and the eventlog show below information, this publication task seems like stopped at the Pending state. 
 
 Are there still some configs to do for publication after the Tridion Docs install? Am I missing some steps for the publication function?

Indeed all services are installed (prefixed with Trisoft*) and are set to Manual by default. This to avoid unintentional startups on multi-server environments. 
There is a small script on C:\InfoShare\App\Setup\Manage\Enable-DefaultServices.ps1 that enables the necessary services for a single-server environment.
