FICO is considering moving to SDL's cloud offering when we upgrade. I was wondering if anyone had any best practices, lessons learned, or other information they could share about this. My understanding is that the client tools work exactly the same as the on premises solution (you just point to SDL's servers instead of your own servers) - so at this point the big question mark is around how you manage making output changes when you aren't running your own servers. Any general insights on moving from on prem to the cloud would be appreciated!
