Responsive Help format for Knowledge Center 2016?

Hello everyone,

Our company is looking for a vendor that can publish from DITA 1.2 to a Responsive Web Help format that can support desktops, mobile phones, and tablets. (The help should adjust dynamically to fit various screen sizes)

So far we have reviewed SuiteSolutions. We hope to review a few other vendors before deciding.

Does anyone know of a vendor who can transform DITA to such a web help format? Preferably one that has a track record of being successfully integrated with Knowledge Center 2016 or later.
