Collaborative Review 7.7 install error - could not load main class java.se.ee?

Has anyone run into the issue when trying to run the setup.bat file after the initial install of Collab Review 7.7 where no matter how you run the setup.bat your get "Error: Could not find or load main class java.se.ee"? 

 

I've now tried this with OpenJDK 11, and with Java 8 (per recommendation of another collab review 7.7 user) and no matter what I have set up when I try to run the setup.bat file it errors around failing for find main class java.se.ee.

I've set up the Java home to the openjdk folder, to the JRE8 folder, and to the JDK8 and tried calling directly to all of them in the actual cmd command to get it online but nothing seems to solve this issue. 

 

Anyone have an idea on how to solve this? Java runs 100% as expected otherwise and Tomcat works great with any of those java jvms set. I'm at a total loss. Command prompt showing error during setup of Collab Review 7.7. Error message reads 'Could not find or load main class java.se.ee' after attempting to start database load.

    Thank you, Paul, I'll give this a shot! I was going through the Collaborative Review install documentation and that step is out of order from how I understood the guide.

    I had gong through Running the installer and was on "Running the database setup script for Windows" which is where this error is occurring. Had the "Configuring Apache Tomcat" been above this I would have likely not run into this issue as it's part of the "Post install tasks" where it seems it should be above the "running the database setup script for Windows" task. 

    Have the Tomcat configuration before the software install steps would be very helpful.
