Collaborative Review 7.7, view topic properties and review summary feature

We have 7.7 collaborative review and haven't seen this new feature work. I know its disabled by default, but after enabling it and following the documentation, haven't had any luck, has anyone gotten it to work?

  • Yes, Hitachi was able to get it working. Prerequisites are to add in Manage Application > Global Config > Customized Config section the following: http.cors = <CMS URL>; lcde.edit.url=<CMS URL/ISHCM/>; workflow.review.enabled=<yes>; workflow.status.approve=<VSTATUSREVIEWED> or <VSTATUSRELEASED> depending on your workflow. After adding this options, having CMS Authors to transition topics to <To be reviewed> status and assigning reviewer for each topic enables logged-in assigned reviewer to see links to review topics under Review Summary starting page of the publication in Collaborative Review v7.7, and use Previous/Next controls to switch between review topics, as well as click on Review Completed button to change status from To be reviewed to either Reviewed or Released as was set-up in your config, see above. If non-assigned Reviewer accesses the topic via Publication's TOC in Collaborative Review, he/she can use Properties dialog to change workflow status manually to the Reviewed or Released.
