Users (non-admin) are unable delete comments from a publication in Publication Manger. They are able to delete them from Collaborative Review. The Icon to delete comment is visible in Publication Manager and the prompt upon clicking it "Are you sure you want to delete this comment". Once the user clicks "Delete" they get an error message "Failed to delete these items.". Has anyone seen this error in Tridion Docs 13 SP2?
