I'm trying to install the Oxygen authoring bridge on a VM that has Oygen XML Editor 19 installed. The environment is SDL Tridion Docs R13.
When I run 20180515.AuthoringBridge.13.0.4115.1-oXygen-Connector.exe, I receive the message shown below and I can't continue the installation. Am I doing something wrong?

Just a bit more info: The Oxygen XML Editor version is 19.1 and a trial license key (which is valid) is installed/validated.
In the overview on TD13SP1 - Software compatibility across releases you might notice that we switched from x86 to x64 (Syncro Soft <oXygen/> XML Author 19.1 (64-bit) ). Could that be the issue?

Many thanks for responding, Dave. I figured it out - IT had revoked Admin privileges on the VM after an audit. Now restored, everything appears to be working well. Thanks again...
