We are considering the upgrade from Knowledge Center 12 to Tridion Docs 13 (maybe even 14). I'd like to hear from users of this forum what issues (if any) that you might have run into with your upgrade.

I'll start this discussion, although many of my colleagues can speak with much more authority. One of the major items that we needed to consider was the fact that in TD13 the publication framework was completely rewritten in .NET. The design is much more clean and the process is faster, but it does mean that you'll probably need to modify your DITA publication outputs to suit the new framework.
