SDL Authoring Bridge setup with SSO

Hi All,

We have configured SSO for SDL Tridion Docs 13 SP2. We are currently trying to configure Authoring Bridge through Oxygen XML Editor.

While adding new account we provided our ISHWS/ url and it in the next screen it redirects to our SSO endpoint URL and authentication mode changes to windows. But authentication fails.

Trados Studio validation error message displaying 'Creation of the account failed. Unable to reach the repository Windows authentication at ISHWSish.infosheauth. The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.' with a warning icon.

Any help is appreciated?

Hi Vamsi,

Given your previous post about SSO reconfiguration from ADFS to ISHSTS and now an HTTP 500 error. I think a lot of guiding questions will be, what did you do? Does it work for other users? Look at the client-side logging? Look at the server-side logging?

I think this is a Customer Support case, please log an issue there.
