Hi all. We're soon to be upgrading our Tridion Docs 14 SP1 installation to SP2. Has anyone had direct experience with this? I'm looking to generally understand the level of effort (no specifics - that's obviously not possible) and complexity. What kinds of less-obvious preparation steps did you encounter? This will be my first upgrade of anything Tridion Docs. Thanks!

Hi there. This is super high level information. Upgrading from SP1 to SP2 is more about the customer-specific configurations that are in place. You will need to merge any configuration changes you've made into the SP2 upgrade. You will also need to do a move of the DITA-OT and plugins that are specific to your implementation. For Collective Spaces, you'll need to move over all of the specialized DTDs you have in place into the the SP2 release. It's similar work you did for SP1. Just providing a bird's eye view.
