Hi - have you tried using a different browser? I think this problem went away for us when we worked in Chrome. I found this in my notes:
Three things must happen in order for the web UI to work properly in IE11.
1. The Document Mode must be set to Edge. This control is listed under
Development Tools > Emulation.. In IE, Press F12 to open up this menu.
Emulation is the lowest icon on the left.
2. Click Tools > Compatibility View Settings. Clear all sites listed.
3. Close and relaunch IE.
Thanks very much Elizabeth. I'll try using the fix you suggested and let you know if I run into any other issues. I appreciate it. For some reason, I'm not able to launch SDL Web Client from Chrome.
