I want to be able to use a conref to a section or paragraph that is part of a library topic. If I edit in Oxygen and Generate IDs, they are wiped when I check the topic back in.
I have some library topics set up with IDs on the elements and they work fine.
I cannot figure out how to get this to work on an existing library topic.
