I'm primarily using Oxygen and am using a reuse strategy involving a map of keys to images and topics. In Oxygen as long as the map is in the map editor all of the images and cross references resolve correctly when viewed in author mode. When viewing it from Draft Space none of the images or cross references resolve. This is a problem if there's an SME who prefers to work in Draft Space.
Is there a fix for this planned?
