Hi!
Simple question -when I choose to generate translation languages from report in the Tridion web client - where to are the files exported?
I did the following:
1) Selected the publication version in the web client
2) Selected Translation
3) Selected generate Translation Languages and started the action.
I seem to recall the files should end up on the Batch server somewhere, but cannot find them.

Hey Peter
When you generate the to be translated files, they are created but stay in Tridion Docs. You can see them in the Web Client when you browse the folders with these objects. If you want to explicitly export them to the file system, you could do this from the same Translation Report, select the objects of the publication you want to export (per object type, per status) and click the Export button at the top. Keep in mind this does NOT change the status of these "to be translated" files.
This is different from using a Translation Job. Assuming you rely on file system based export, the to be translated files will be generated. But also exported and zipped. And the objects change into "in translation", making an easy import using Content Importer after translation easy.
