Hi, This may be the incorrect forum for a support issue for Tridion Docs. But we have 1 user unable to access the Repository - error message is:
'ID3242. This security token could not be authenticated or authorized.'
Any help to resolve would be greatly appreciated.

You can log a ticket with RWS Support using the following site gateway.sdl.com, following by logging in and "log a case".
