Whilst trying to install the SDL Authoring Bridge for Oxygen tool, I am getting the below error. Please can someone help on how to resolve this issue.
I have already installed Oxygen Author tool v 20.1 in my machine.
Hi Rahul. Here are some things to verify. Make sure you installed Oxygen to the default directory so that Tridion Docs can find it. Make sure that you are installing the Oxygen connector using Administrative rights to your computer. The last one is a bit obvious and I suspect this isn't the issue, but make sure that the Oxygen version you installed is the 64-bit version. Hopefully this helps you progress.
