Can I change the value of Grant read access to on a folder in SDL Tridion Docs?

Hi, 
 Can someone confirm the if it is possible to change the security on a folder in SDL Tridion Docs via the Grand read access to field after the folder has been created? I want to restrict access to an existing folder.
