Hi Mario,
Please have a look at the dita-ot-ishhtmlhelp.psm1 file for a sample on how to include language as an additional argument towards DITA-OT.
The TXS session (https://community.rws.com/product-groups/tridion/tridion-docs/m/videos/4532) from 2020 also talks about the possibilities around adding values in the ant commands towards DITA-OT
