Hi,
Is there a recommended strategy for managing content in Tridion Docs CMS that is now retired and should no longer be processed?
Do people rename folders to indicate retired content or is there a more sophisticated approach?
Any advice appreciated,

I agree with Nigel! One of the key aspects of using DITA and RWS together is Content resue. Since much legacy information could have been shared with current publications, it becomes a challenge to retire a complete set of information. However, you can enhance the 'Where used' option available through reports to check and decide on moving information to Archive or Retired status.
