Tridion Docs community for customers

Dear all, I am wondering if this community is open to customers or is it only internal for RWS employees?

If it is only for RWS internal teams, do you know any Tridion Community for RWS customers where they can make questions and/or share information. Could you please help?

    I again received the following message when trying to open the application.    I deactivated online to try to reset by I received the message below this graphic.   Can you please help.
    I desperately need to have access to application.  Thank you. 

    SDL Trados Studio 2019 Product Activation window showing an error message 'Evaluation Expired 37' with an 'Activate' button below it.
    You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team.
