We recently upgraded our entire Tridion Docs stack from TD14 SP3 to SP4 and are running into an issue with Collective spaces where any topic with an <image> tag won't load. The BehaviorConfig.xml hasn't changed between service packs, anyone else run into this issue?
It's definitely worth raising a ticket with Technical Support! We have many happy customers on SP4 and I haven't heard of an issue like this, but Technical Support can help with finding the source of what's going on.
