We are running Tridion 14 sp3 on RWS hosted servers. We are getting open boxes for some Chinese characters with our css to pdf plugins. Is there a way either in the plugin or Antenna House settings to command what font is used for Chinese?

Hi Tim,
Sure! As these servers are managed by RWS, it is best that you contact RWS Support for that. Sure there are other (licensed) font possibilities to resolve our "open boxes" rendering. It could also have to do with font embedding as the font might be missing on your machine.
