FICO is likely moving away from XMetaL to oXygen. We will need to put together some training for the writers to help with the transition. I know many TDX users have already done this, and am wondering if anyone has any advice, links, other resources that would help us?

I think that the imporse option is valuable for TD users. There are many plugins and functions for Oxygen to be able to improve DITA authoring. By using the Oxygen's impose option and TD's server synchronization capability, all TD users will be able to use Oxygen with the standardized configuration. This reduces the system administrator's work.
