Besides a screenshot, there is very little context on what you are trying to achieve. Rest or Soap, and how did you create the proxies? Product version? Authenticated by ISHSTS, ISHID, third-party STS? Access Management (ISHAM) roles for this authenticated user? System is operational for standard Tridion Docs tools (Publication Manager, ISHRemote, etc)? What does the server-side logging state?
