Oxygen 27 and future versions are bringing big improvements to AI integration. While the Positron AI plugin still works with older Oxygen versions, that might not be the case for much longer. The gap between Positron and Oxygen's core features is only going to grow as Syncrosoft iterates Oxygen XML Author. Moreover, without access to new versions of Oxygen Author closer to when they are released, the Tridion Docs user base will become increasingly frustrated as we will be unable to leverage the best AI features, which is a constant pressure from internal management.

Bottom line: We’d love for RWS to make Oxygen compatibility a priority—it seems like the fastest way to get Tridion Docs fully integrated with AI.
