A Colleague gets "Account not Approved" message when logging into the Community. How can this be resolved?

I have received an email about my account being Offboarded but I have been working consistently and my Multimango score was 1.63. I haven't received rationale yet. I hope you find a solution cause I've only been told to submit a help desk ticket.
Could you please let me know which account we're referring to?
If possible, could you share their details with me in a DM so we can look into this further and work on resolving the issue?
