Currently, there is no page/group/section dedicated to the smartphone app of the RWS Trados Enterprise. Could you please add it? I'd like to submit ideas and discuss with other users about that app.
It is not possible to create a poll with free text answers. This would be a useful addition and provide more flexibility in gathering feedback on the questions asked.
I see a deluge of freelancer licensing questions. As a user of the Professional version, I'd love to be able to filter to not receive mails for questions about very old freelance versions of the software (and licensing issues regarding them!).
The Activity section has disappeared from the user account profile in RWS Gateway. Could you please put it back? There is no way for a user to see all its activity on RWS Gateway, all the ideas posted online for example, in one single interface.
Would it be difficult to show in an SDL support e-mail the history of the exchange?
As in any normal e-mail thread... Otherwise we keep logging in to the slow SDL account and looking for messages while this could be a lot simpler.
