I'm quite sure that this works in standard flow, if you translate to Arabic and save as target. SDLXLIFF convertor doesn't support Bi-Di language fully, but that's not the main flow.

Thank you for your reply, not all the Arabic translator can use trados studio very well, therefore, sometimes, we have to ask the Arabic translators to translate in the Microsoft  word document double-column table and then change Microsoft Word double-column table into sdlxliff and import to trados studios.

Why they cannot use Studio well? What is the problem?

jack zhong don't forget that the flow you are using is intended for light editing and not full translation.  It sounds to me as though you would be better off using Language Cloud and giving these translators access to the Online Editor to work.  It's much simplified compared to Studio, they don't need to install anything, and it's not much different to working in that table.  Probably half a dozen simple instructions would enable them, and you'd avoid all these workarounds and the problems they create.
