Enable checking out and checking of topics in Draft Spaces

Because our authors cannot edit, copy, and paste the XML code in Draft Spaces, our authors need to continue the process of checking out, editing in Oxygen, and checking in. The process could be streamlined if checking in and checking out were possible in Draft Spaces.

One of the key aspects of Draftspace is to provide a fast and easy way to create DITA content for Content Manager without a need to be familiar with an XML editor. It is interesting for us to understand your perspective.
