Good afternoon,

I hope this email finds you well. On behalf of the Board, Myself, and our Executive Director Shawn, we are all very excited to announce the open enrollment for the 2019 XyUser Conference this fall. The conference this year will be held in San Antonio at the Omni La Mansion Del Rio River Walk, September 15-18. 

Collectively, we feel we have put together an awesome agenda with additional hands-on mini-clinics and, for the first time, hands-on single sessions throughout most of the conference. This is in response to the positive feedback that everyone has provided. We trust you all appreciate the direction the group is advancing and strive to keep every conference a new experience regardless if this is your first one or your 20th. 

This year we are also offering an "XPP Happy Hour" on Tuesday evening where the computer lab will be available to sit and collaborate with other users about anything and everything. Grab your favorite beverage and sit with others to explore common issues and specific solutions to your environment with the community. 

Session and mini-clinic descriptions are available. A complete schedule will be posted soon.
