Is there any way to fix the "Irregular table row" warning which is showing in PAC checker?

Hi Everybody,

I am getting  "Irregular table row" warnings when we run PAC checker on ADA compliance PDF. 

I have written CSS for ADA tagging to tag the document and everything is working fine except these warnings.

Can anyone help me to fix these warnings.
