Yesterday I updated my Language Cloud Weaver and after that I tried to open my Trados, but I prompted a message: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService could not be started
I tried to follow the steps on: Error "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService could not be started" when starting Trados Studio Any ideas on how to solve this problem out?

What exact version and the build number of SDL Trados Studio do you have ?
You mentioned you have followed some steps. Were they from KB below ?

The above workaround would remove all your plugins in step1, so if you only install "Language Weaver Cloud" plugin you should not see any errors. But please ensure you have updated your version of SDL Trados Studio to the latest available build for your version.
