I updated SDL Trados 2021

Hi,
Since I performed SDL Trados 2021 last update, Trados business manager is in Demo mode, impossible to create a new invoice. I have already asked in the Trados Business manager section, but the problem persists (they gave me a link to download the plugin, but I have this plugin already from within SDL 2021 and it is already updated). The activation button does not even work. Some people have had the problem, but SDL has fixed it. I had the same problem when I upgraded from SDL 2019 to SDL 2021.
I have invoices to send before the end of this month, I'm stuck.

  • Hi Paul, I followed all your instructions, I am still in demo mode:
    SDL Trados 2021: SR2-16.2.10.9305
    Trados business manager: 2021.5.3.6

    I downloaded the plugin from the link provided.
    I also downloaded the connectror from the link provided.
    I am still in demo mode and can’t create a new invoice.
    I end-up editing already existing invoices to create this month’s invoices for clients.
    Last time this happened, the problem was on your side (when I upgraded from Trados 2019 to 2021).
    Is there another correct version of the plugin for my installation?
