I can't sign in Trados Business Manager

I bought Essential Business Manager in December 2022 and I always have been troubles with it. Although that, I reopened Business Manager today after 2 months and I see the sign-in screen and I can't log in but I was logged in before. I can't understand why I can't anymore and why it disconected by itself. I tried with "Admin" and "User@TMB but it doesn't work obviously given that I already logged in in December 2022.
