To install Trados Business Manager (desktop version) on another computer and move data from previous one, you have to do the following:

Run the installation file and install SDL Trados Business Manager.

If Trados Business Manager was installed outside of the Program files folder, copy the following file from previous computer to the same locations on a new computer:
InstallationFolder\resources\bin\database\tbmdb.sqlite

If Trados Business Manager was installed inside the Program files folder, copy the following file from previous computer to the same locations on a new computer (considering that you install Trados Business Manager into the Program files folder again, otherwise copy these files to a place mentioned in point 2a):
Documents\Trados Business Manager v6\tbmdb.sqlite

- Copy InstallationFolder\resources\bin\wwwroot\logos folder to the same location on the new computer.
If you use the online version, then you can use default database backup and restore tools (for example, Microsoft SQL Management Studio) to transfer your data into new location, and then use Config page to setup connection with a database on a new server. Also, you have to copy logos folder in the same manner to the new computer.
