Trados Business Manager – End of Life Announcement

Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.
What Does This Mean for TBM Users?

  • End of Services: RWS will no longer provide any services related to the installation or updating of TBM.
  • Existing Installations: TBM will remain functional where already installed, but the RWS support team will not offer assistance in troubleshooting issues, addressing reported problems, or providing further development for TBM.
  • Documentation: The TBM documentation has been removed from docs.rws.com.
  • Community Support: The community forum for TBM will remain accessible in a read-only format for users to reference if needed.

Now I have Trados Business Manager 5.2.10 in DEMO MODE and I do not know where to take my activation code ... The one in Trados License Manager does NOT work !!!
PLEASE ...
HOW TO FIX THIS !!!


PLEASE ... I beg You ... Do something smarter, or at least not so stupid as me, if You want ... Instead of allowing an installation and f____ destroy the license simply DO NOT ALLOW installation untile a user has the license active!

PLEASE ... Do something to do things EASIER !!!
We need to WORK ... Not to spend hourse in this way !!!

    Please ... understand somthine I go esasperate ... and her so many problems with that virus in Italy and everything is being so hard ... SORRY. I love Trados and Business Manager BUT somethimes I am really too stresssed out ...

    I did build a new Virtual Machine (and win 10 cumulative update this time went OK) so ...
    Before to open the ticket ... what if I install a NEW License Manager on the newest VirtualMachine and I try to install there a new copy of Business Manager (and in the future I will move Studio 2019 from the old one to the new one too; cause the old one is terribly UNSTABLE)

    Can I do this or the License Manager will conflict with the old installation? (Of course I will not run them at the same time but who knows how they work on SDL servers) ...

    And I have a nohetr problem ... I have Studio Plus but instead of 2 licenses only 1 is available ... I think that is wrong ... (there should be 2) How can I check this?
